Copy Editor The Fraser Institute has a full-time opening for a Copy Editor based in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Ontario or Alberta. This position is ideal for an experienced editor who has excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and enjoys reviewing research materials.

Working in conjunction with the Manager of Publications, you will copy-edit submitted research papers, including tables and graphs, in MS Word and MS Excel.
this includes checking URLs of references online.

You have a bachelor?s or master?s degree in Publishing, English, History, Journalism or a similar subject.
You have advanced communication skills and knowledge of the English language.
You have several years of experience in editing and writing.
You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
You have an interest in our organization, understand the Institute?s work and have a desire to work with our research materials to help communicate its message clearly.
